About Us

We've been producing quality cycle parts for over 18 years, always a market leader, manufacturing virtually everything in our factory on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales.

Originally starting out as an aerospace company, Hope now dedicates it's time and skill exclusively to producing cycle parts. We are totally independant, not part of a large corporation, still wholly owned by engineers Simon and Ian who work and ride alongside the enthusiastic staff.

There are no bean counters restricting innovation or creativity. For the size of the company we manage to produce a large and technical range of products critically acclaimed by both press and end user alike.

All at Hope have a complete dedication and pride in the products and brand.

HOPE PHILOSOPHY

"Produce high quality, durable parts that we want to use.
Use the latest and best design tools and machine tools
Produce virtually every part in our UK factory from raw material to finished part.
Complete all processes under the strict UK environmental and employment controls.
No sales waffle, let the product do the talking".

DESIGN

The Hope Technology design team uses cutting edge Solidworks 3D CAD Software giving us the freedom to enjoy the latest advanced computer aided design functionalities.

Fully integrated COSMOSWorks FEA enables us to analyze and optimize the design to prevent any mechanical weakness whilst also reducing mass safely where material is not needed.

Full-scale rapid prototyped components are then produced from the computer model using a Dimension 3D printer. This enable us to perform fianl visual and fitting checks before the component goes into full production.

Skilled 5-axis CNC programmers using GibbsCAM software then turn the 3D model into the final aesthetically sleek component.

Our in house capabilities are the envy of any engineering company. We now have over 35 CNC's to machine components, a heat treatment line to harden discs, automated polishing and our own anodising plant.
